The Davidson Partnership (TDP) and Cook Denning Management Ltd (CDM) have been acquired by Ridge and Partners LLP.

The ethos of Ridge is a good fit for our business. They are a multi-disciplined practice of over 200 staff, with offices in Oxford, Reading, Bristol, London and Leicester. Historically the ‘core’ disciplines of Ridge are those of Project Management, Quantity and Building Surveying. It is important that the operation of TDP and CDM as you know it will continue largely unaltered, with a seamless change being effected by Ridge. In addition, we will now be able to provide a greater range of services and specialisms with increased resources at our disposal.

Ross Denning and Greg Fanning are now Partners of Ridge and will continue to look after existing clients. Peter Cook becomes a Consultant and will support the Business whenever and wherever necessary.

Nigel Boyce and the team at Pershore will maintain and support their clients from the Pershore office.

Neville Simpson will continue to support existing clients of the London office, from our Ridge offices at 105/106 New Bond Street, London, W1S 1DN
